Okay, so it’s been a long time since I’ve written anything on my blog. Well, I’ve been a bit busy lately, what with the whole getting married thing. Also taking up quite a bit of my time are my classes. I have three, one that I hate, one that I love, and one that I don’t really have an opinion about.
The one I love is Baroque art. I really enjoy studying the different time periods of art history in depth, and this one is no exception. However, what I think is a bit more interesting is the teacher, who has a way of finding odd expressions that cannot be used outside of the context in which she said them.
“And here’s Caravaggio himself, in mythological drag.”
“It’s like some sort of incestuous act of charity.”
“No, Venus just has eczema on her elbow.”
