I know that I haven’t posted much of anything in the past *coughs* several months, hopefully that will change and you will see loads of posts with a “Brand New” stamped right across the front. Life in Connersville is pretty much what I expected: small town, country-folk. But I get my fix of the city about twice a week when I go to school, so all is well.
Rick and I have been going to a rather small church, and we both really seem to like it there. I really wish that Rick would find out about speaking, because the church is currently without a pastor and is using a sub, basically. Also, I’ve wanted to undertake my own ministry. It’s a little something that I’ve tentatively named Harvet Helpers. It’s a mission prayer band, where people would meet to pray for specific missionaries and their specific needs. I can really see this going places, but I need a few things to get started. One, missionaries that I can contact…or that I can receive prayer letters from, and Two…people who want to come! I’m doing my best to try to get both things accomplished….Perhaps it will be something that I will start at the beginning of the year.
